Retail Corporate Visual Merchandising Volunteer Photographer
Volunteer to help Sue Ryder be there when it matters
We are seeking an enthusiastic volunteer photographer to visually showcase the amazing array of newly donated corporate retail merchandise at our Shepton Mallet Sue Ryder charity shop. Your compelling product photos will be featured on our local Facebook page to entice customers and promote our ever-changing inventory.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and passion for photography. Your mission is to artfully capture and highlight the unique appeal of the varied corporate product donations we receive. From apparel and accessories to home goods and specialty items - you'll compose visually striking images that make our merchandise pop off the screen.
About You
• Have your own camera equipment - essential
• Have an eye for detail, composition and styling.
• Understand how to accentuate product features through lighting, angles and styling.
• Experience with product photography desirable
• You will be a creative self-starter who can envision how to best present our merchandise appealingly.
This is a flexible role where you can spend time weekly or bi-weekly photographing newly donated arrivals on your own schedule. We'll provide a dedicated space, but you'll need to bring your own camera equipment.
Your photography skills will directly impact our ability to promote our revolving inventory to the local community via social media.
