As a ‘one off’ volunteer, you’ll work alongside other Sue Ryder staff and Volunteers
at a fundraising event or activity in your local community. You’ll be helping raise
vital funds that allow Sue Ryder to provide care to people when they need it most.
Activities might include:

• Helping to set up or pack away after one of our fundraising events such as Starlight Hike or Celebrate a Life.
• Attending group bucket collections or bag packing events.
• Being an event marshal.
• Being on a cheerpoint at a local running or cycling event.
• Supporting the team with varied tasks on the day of fundraising events, such as setting up activities, manning stalls, marshalling, or selling raffle tickets.
